You can find all kinds of cool and creative gifts on JADO.LU. Some of our products can also be personalized so that you can create a very unique gift for your loved ones.

5. Is the VAT included in the prices?
Yes, all prices are “VAT included”
6. What are the lead times/delivery times?
Please check the delivery time of each product in the respective product description
7. How much does the delivery cost?
A delivery fee of 4,5 EUR is charged for national deliveries
8. How to place an order?
If you have found the product you like, click the “Add to basket” button and follow the on-screen instructions. You can then consult your basket and display all the selected products. Then you can validate your order by clicking on the button “Place order”
9. How to pay my order?
If you placed your order by clicking on the “Place order” button in your basket, you will arrive at the check-out page. You will see all available payment methods of which you can select your preferred one and click on the “pay now” button
10. How to know if order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed and your payment is accepted, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail.
11. What to do if I don’t receive my order?

12. How can I cancel an order or delivery?
In principle, a confirmed order cannot be cancelled. If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service (email@example.com)
13. The delivered article is damaged or not functioning?
Please have a look at our general terms and conditions for all questions regarding damaged products, reparation, product use and guarantees.
14. Who is paying for the product return?
Unless expressly agreed otherwise with our customer service, the delivery costs will be at your expense and are not refundable.
